AED 149 per technician/month

You pay per technician per month. The price drops as your team grows: each band’s price applies only to the technicians inside that band. A technician is anyone with a login who works on or assigns jobs, so supervisors and admins count. Tenants, residents and staff who only raise requests are free.

Worked example. An FM company with 30 technicians and supervisors comes to 10 × 149 + 20 × 99 = AED 3,470, so it pays the monthly minimum of AED 5,699 a month (SAR 5,699, about USD 1,552). The minimum covers up to 62 technicians. With 100 it is AED 8,300. With 250 it is AED 15,650.

The maker’s feature licence, billed at cost. The software’s maker charges USD 15 (about AED 55) per technician a month at its list price for the features that make it work for a real team: photos and files on jobs, the request portal, the PM calendar, vendors and contractors, time and cost, signatures, and more than 5 users. We pass it through at cost and never mark it up. For 30 technicians that adds about USD 450 a month, so the example above comes to about USD 2,000 in all.

How you run it changes the multiplier.

Two ways to start. Up to 10 technicians on the shared plan, we set you up on a fixed quick-start package, with no scoping call. The shared plan stops at 10. From 11 technicians, and at any size on your own copy or your own cloud, we set it up with you.

Quick start (we set it up): The shared plan, 1 to 10 technicians | AED/SAR 2,500 (USD 680.74), fixed | Your own copy on our UAE servers, your buildings and asset register imported from our CSV template, our PPM schedule template for chillers, lifts, pumps, tanks and fan coil units, logins for your technicians, recorded training and guides in Arabic and English, and ticket support. The maker’s feature licence for your technicians is billed at cost, as on every option. No call and no on-site visit. The go-live date is counted from the day your CSV arrives. We send the payment link within 24 hours.
Managed: Your own copy or your own cloud, at any size | Up to 10 technicians: AED/SAR 5,900 (USD 1,607). 11 to 30: AED/SAR 11,900. 31 to 100: AED/SAR 24,900. Above 100: from AED/SAR 49,900, scoped in writing. | One working session with your FM manager, then setup to a written plan. It covers your buildings, plant rooms and asset register (chillers, lifts, pumps, tanks, fan coil units), PM schedules built from your AMC calendars, teams and logins, your branding, and training for supervisors and technicians in Arabic and English.
Billed at cost, outside the technician price. The maker’s feature licence, WhatsApp Business messages and SMS. Annual prepay takes 15% off our part. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
