About Mindcat Lease
Mindcat Lease is a cloud-based property-management application for landlords and property managers handling residential rentals in Dubai and Riyadh. It brings lease records together with rent amounts, payment schedules and post-dated cheque tracking, including upcoming bank deposits and renewal notice dates. Users can prepare rent invoices and VAT records, monitor overdue balances and payment collections, and produce owner statements and monthly reports. The system includes tenant and owner portals, document storage, maintenance requests, WhatsApp reminders, and CSV exports for accounting workflows. Mindcat Lease can be configured with help from the vendor and is offered on a shared hosted plan or a dedicated UAE/Saudi cloud environment; an optional deployment on a customer's own infrastructure is available. It supports English and Arabic interfaces.
