About Mindcat Surveys
Mindcat Surveys is a customer feedback and survey platform for organizations collecting responses at physical service locations. Teams create QR-code surveys that visitors open on their phones and answer in Arabic or English without installing an app. Dashboards display satisfaction scores, comments, reasons for ratings, and branch-level trends as responses arrive. The workflow is designed for multi-location service centers, government counters, clinics, universities, and other public-facing services. Administrators can manage survey questions and editor access, export response data, and use an API to send answers to reporting tools such as Power BI or Salesforce. Mindcat Surveys is available as vendor-hosted SaaS or for deployment on customer infrastructure. Pricing varies by editor seats and branch count and includes a one-time setup charge. The product interface and surveys support English and Arabic.
