Maintainly

Pros: easy to use, with not too many features that it becomes confusing to use, seems to be constantly updated.

Cons: The fact I cant edit automations, i instead have to archive it and create a new one if a mistake was made or schedules need to be changed.

We cant write a note when rejecting a job, for example why its being rejected

Sometimes ppl put too many characters in the title when requesting the job so I have to edit the title just so i can approve the job.

We still cannot set it so Maintainly doesn't send us emails when a job is created, we are getting flooded with emails that we don't need. I think there was a setting, we changed it but the emails still come.

Overall: good customer support.

Pros: Maintainly has a very simple setup process. Layout and navigation is very intuitive. Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly.

Cons: No significant cons so far. There have been one or two times so far when I had an idea of how I was going to set up a workflow, but found a specific feature wasn't yet available. However, their support team has so far always had an alternative suggestion on how to achieve the same outcome, and in some cases I think their ideas were even improvements on my initial approach.

Overall: Overall we are very happy we decided to go with Maintainly as our CMMS. We are now even looking to replace other tools we have been using for other purposes with Maintainly, which we believe will not only give us a simpler and more unified setup, but will also save us on licensing fees on those other tools.

Pros: Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app.
Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done.
Love the option for tags and pictures.
Works perfectly with our small company.

Cons: A bit of a learning curve but once that's over its a great app.

Overall: Overall a great app, great support team. We are a small company with just a few maintenance guys and this works very well for us, a lot of other companies want 25-50 users and hundreds of dollars a month.

Pros: I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.

Cons: I am not fond of the adding time and downtime to the task. When i go to add time the dropbox is in the way. it would also be nice to be able to have a breakdown of what task the person has time recorded on.

Overall: I really like using the software. the trackability of the tasks and downtime is a major asset at our shop.
