About Mindcat Sign
Mindcat Sign is e-signature software for leases, offer letters and contracts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Tenants, landlords, candidates and customers sign on their phone in Arabic or English with no app and no account, and you get the signed PDF with its audit log.
Upload your own Arabic and English PDF once and place the fields: signature, date, rent, Emirates ID upload, company stamp. Send to every party in the order you choose. Each signed document keeps an audit log with a file fingerprint, signer emails, IP addresses and timestamps.
Documents are hosted in the UAE, or in Jeddah or Riyadh, by Mindcat. Priced per sender per month in AED or SAR; signers are free and unlimited. It does not issue UAE PASS or Nafath certificates.

Mindcat Vault is a document management system for PRO and typing centres, brokerages, law firms and HR teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every scanned page is read in Arabic and English, so any document can be found by a word inside it, and documents are filed by client, property or employee.
The dashboard lists what expires next, and your desk gets an email 30 days before each trade licence, Emirates ID, iqama or Ejari lease expires. Files arrive by upload, by scan-to-folder, or by forwarding to a mailbox Vault reads, and duplicates are flagged.

Mindcat Surveys
Mindcat Surveys is customer and beneficiary satisfaction survey software for service centres, nonprofits, universities and clinics in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Visitors scan a QR code at the counter and answer a short survey on their phone in Arabic or English.
Results build as answers arrive, per branch and per question, with satisfaction and the reasons behind it. Personal invitation links and reminder emails in Arabic and English go to people who have not answered yet, and the survey is built on one page. Answers and charts export for the monthly report.
Answers are kept in the region: shared copies run in the UAE; your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per survey editor per month in AED or SAR, with no per-response fees. Scheduled reminders and tracked WhatsApp or SMS invitations are not offered today.

Pricing Details:
You pay per sender per month: the people in your team who send documents for signing. The price per sender drops as your team grows, and each band’s price applies only to the senders inside that band. Signers are free and unlimited: tenants, landlords, candidates and customers never need an account or a seat.

Worked example. A brokerage with 12 agents who send leases pays 5 × 69 + 7 × 49 = AED 688 a month (SAR 688, USD 187.34). With 30 senders it is AED 1,430. With 3 senders the monthly minimum of AED 349 applies.
