About Mindcat Sign
Mindcat Sign is an electronic-signature service for property, HR and business teams working with agreements in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Teams upload PDFs, prepare reusable templates, place signature and information fields, and send signing links to parties in a chosen order. Tenants, landlords, job candidates and customers can sign on a phone without installing an app or creating an account. The signing page supports Arabic, including right-to-left display, and English; sender screens are currently in English, with Arabic setup available. Completed documents can be downloaded as signed PDFs with an audit log of signer details and signing events. Teams can track document status and connect signing workflows to other systems through the API and webhooks. Hosting is available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or a customer's cloud or servers, depending on setup.
