Mindcat People is HR and payroll software for employers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, such as contractors, FM companies and restaurant groups. One monthly payroll run makes every salary slip, with overtime already on it, and the WPS salary file your bank or exchange house accepts.
GOSI rules for Saudi staff are set per regime, the month's roster is planned per site, and crews check in from their phones or a connected biometric clock. Every employee has the app on their phone, managers approve in one list, gratuity and final settlements are calculated, and Emirates ID, iqama and visa expiry dates sit on the employee record with reminders.
UAE and Saudi companies can run in one copy, each with its own currency, holidays and payroll. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per employee per month in AED or SAR. There is no direct upload to MOHRE, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem or GOSI; your team uploads the files the run produces.

Switch to one client at a time, write a post once and publish it to every network, and send the client a preview link to approve on their phone without a login, instead of a screenshot in WhatsApp. If a network refuses a post, it turns red with the reason and you get an email. The screens switch to Arabic, right to left.
Hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, or your own copy on your servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per connected channel per month in AED or SAR, with the whole team free. Each network must approve the posting app during setup; there is no Snapchat channel today.

Mindcat Vault
Mindcat Vault is a document management system for PRO and typing centres, brokerages, law firms and HR teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every scanned page is read in Arabic and English, so any document can be found by a word inside it, and documents are filed by client, property or employee.
The dashboard lists what expires next, and your desk gets an email 30 days before each trade licence, Emirates ID, iqama or Ejari lease expires. Files arrive by upload, by scan-to-folder, or by forwarding to a mailbox Vault reads, and duplicates are flagged.
Shared copies run in the UAE; your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per user per month in AED or SAR, with no per-document fees. There is no client portal today.

Mindcat Sign
Mindcat Sign is e-signature software for leases, offer letters and contracts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Tenants, landlords, candidates and customers sign on their phone in Arabic or English with no app and no account, and you get the signed PDF with its audit log.
Upload your own Arabic and English PDF once and place the fields: signature, date, rent, Emirates ID upload, company stamp. Send to every party in the order you choose. Each signed document keeps an audit log with a file fingerprint, signer emails, IP addresses and timestamps.
Documents are hosted in the UAE, or in Jeddah or Riyadh, by Mindcat. Priced per sender per month in AED or SAR; signers are free and unlimited. It does not issue UAE PASS or Nafath certificates.

Pricing Details:
You pay per employee on payroll, per month: anyone with a salary slip that month. HR, finance and manager logins add nothing, and a manager who is paid through the system counts once. Leavers stop counting the month after their final settlement. The price per employee drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the employees inside that band.

Worked example. A contractor with 150 employees on payroll pays 50 × 29 + 100 × 18 = AED 3,250 a month (SAR 3,250, USD 884.96). With 50 employees it is AED 1,450 (USD 394.83). With 400 it is AED 6,550 (USD 1,783.53). With 1,000 it is AED 11,750 (USD 3,199.46). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 990 a month (USD 269.57), which covers up to 34 employees.
