Mindcat Assets is IT asset management software for companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every laptop, phone, tool and licence seat is checked out to a named person who signs the handover on their phone, so IT can sign a leaver's exit clearance the same day.
Each person's record lists everything they hold. Licence seats are tracked by name with their renewal dates, tools and loans carry a return date, and overdue returns show in one list. Audits by office use QR labels scanned from a phone, the screens switch to Arabic, right to left, and the asset register gives finance cost per office in AED or SAR.
Every client gets a separate copy hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per person holding kit per month in AED or SAR; IT, HR and finance logins are free.

Mindcat Desk
Mindcat Desk is a ticketing system for IT service desks, MSPs and service teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Email, phone and portal requests become tickets with a number, an owner and an SLA clock counted on your own working week: Sunday to Thursday in Riyadh, Monday to Friday in Dubai, or 24/7 for urgent work.
Agents work from one list for every request, and the SLA clock shows which tickets are about to breach. Customers follow their tickets on the phone through a portal and a help centre in Arabic and English, right to left. Monthly reports are ready for the service review.

Mindcat Vault
Mindcat Vault is a document management system for PRO and typing centres, brokerages, law firms and HR teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every scanned page is read in Arabic and English, so any document can be found by a word inside it, and documents are filed by client, property or employee.
The dashboard lists what expires next, and your desk gets an email 30 days before each trade licence, Emirates ID, iqama or Ejari lease expires. Files arrive by upload, by scan-to-folder, or by forwarding to a mailbox Vault reads, and duplicates are flagged.
Shared copies run in the UAE; your own copy can run in Jeddah or Riyadh or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat. Priced per user per month in AED or SAR, with no per-document fees. There is no client portal today.

You pay per person holding kit, per month: anyone with at least one laptop, phone, tool or licence seat checked out to them. The price per person drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the people inside that band. IT, HR and finance logins are free, and so is everyone with nothing checked out. Assets, licences and locations are unlimited.

Worked example. A company with 250 people holding kit pays 100 × 5 + 150 × 3 = AED 950 a month (SAR 950, USD 258.68). With 500 people it is AED 1,500 (USD 408.44). With 1,500 it is AED 3,000 (USD 816.88). The shared option has a minimum of AED/SAR 600 a month (USD 163.38), which covers up to 133 people.
