	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked being able to send automated emails to users at the scheduled time. Sales, marketing and support team stay and collaborate in one place. Enables live chat support for external customers. Its customization helps to build catchy campaigns. The UI/UX design is minimalistic. Love the user interface and how the app offers so much chat, email, bots, automation, all in one suite! It offers a complete package of email marketing features. It also gives you complete analytical support about your campaign. Many free customize email templates for every business. Very very easy to use from a team level for support. also has the ability to set up an email support to bring in as new chats. The most convenient way to manage multiple email accounts all in one place. Coupled with the mobile app it is very helpful in getting quick responses back to customers. Cons The number of personalization options is very less. No activity-based email personalization support. No ecommerce features. No features that Gorgias app has made for ecommerce =( It worked great for me. Never had any issue. No cons. At first the interface is a little different to use. It can be difficult to navigate. I would prefer it be easier to toggle between different email accounts.
