    "Automate your campaigns the easy way"

    Pros: I like WebEngage is that it is designed to be easy to use. Despite being a robust application full of exciting and powerful features, the interface never ceases to seem simple and easy to navigate, so I can access all the information I need and its functions without having to get lost between screens.

    Cons: So far, WebEngage has not had anything that I dislike as an application.

    Overall: With WebEngage, I do much more than knowing my users and customers. With this program, I can design specific campaigns for segments that I want to incentivize to convert or retain. Also, I can create, straightforwardly, automated campaigns that keep my market segments always up to date with me, either by email, SMS, or even push notifications. All from the simplicity of the application. All of this you can use to grow your brand, ensure loyalty and encourage them to go through the conversion funnel organically. If you need to increase engagement with your products or get to know your customers better, this program is ideal.

    Cons: (-) We have an overall excellent experience with it.

    Overall: WebEngage is an absolutely great platform to engage with users. It allows us to interact using SMS, emails and web push. It performs great and better as per our expectations. Overall we had a positive experience with it.

    Pros: WebEngage is a super powerful cross channel marketing automation tool. It serves all my marketing needs within one dashboard making the analytics and re-marketing more effective. It features -
    - Drag and Drop based Workflow chart
    - A/B test pre-built campaigns template
    - Personalized communication based on user's interest history
    - Visual user life cycle campaigns
    - Supports channel - Mobile Push, Web Push, Emails marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook re-marketing etc.

    Cons: WebEngage is fantastic marketing automation platform, with lots of flexibility and customization. No complains at all.

    Overall: WebEngage is very powerful marketing automation tool. The customer's life cycle campaign can be easily set using logic based visual workflow chart. This feature is very helpful for our retention and re-activation program. It supports almost all channel of communication for marketing purposes.     Pros: WebEngage is very effective in generating a marketing campaign. Using this tool is very easy. It gives you the ability to send personalized messages. It makes marketing campaigns into an automated campaign.

    Cons: Reports are not very informative and it lacks many data information.

    Overall: WebEngage is a wonderful company with a customer engagement platform. I use WebEngage to send SMS and email for my marketing campaign. My favorite feature about this tool is you can send a personalized message to the user.
