About Traizr
Traizr is mailroom management software for any building, handling parcels and internal mail from a single reception desk to a global, multi-site portfolio. Staff scan deliveries on any iOS or Android phone, no specialist hardware - recipients are notified automatically, and every collection is captured with QR, signature or photo proof, creating a complete, searchable audit trail.
Data is hosted in the EU, UK or Asia and the platform is GDPR compliant by design. 15+ languages per user. Works offline and auto-syncs, so no scan is ever lost. Includes inbound, outbound and dispatch tracking, priority mail classification, multi-site and multi-tenant management from a single dashboard, and built-in virtual office management (forwarding, scanning, shredding).
Built since 2013 by Decoded Group, an enterprise software company, Traizr adapts to your processes with custom workflows, API integrations and white-label branding. Trusted by organisations including Asknestor, UPP, Urbanest.

"The first September in years where parcels were not the problem" Posted 2026-09-16
Pros: The multi-site dashboard is the thing that sold it internally. I can see every building from one screen without ringing round site managers for a picture of what is happening. Rollout was genuinely quick, we were live across four sites inside a week and the training burden on reception teams was close to nothing. During peak the reporting meant I could answer questions from our university partner with actual numbers instead of guesswork.
Cons: Nothing so far, any doubts we had, the internal traizr team always helps.
Overall: We came to this after a bad clearing week where parcels became complaints. What I needed was something I could roll out fast across a portfolio without a migration headache, and that is what this was. September is still busy but it is no longer the thing I am worried about, and I have not had a single escalation about a lost parcel since.
