I’ve been using Parcel Tracker for a while now, and it’s honestly made keeping up with my deliveries so much easier. The app is super clean and intuitive—logging in parcels takes just a few seconds, and everything stays neatly organized in one place.

Cons: I did not notice any cons. It has been very good so far

Overall: If you have a lot of parcels to log on a daily or weekly basis this is your solution. You can take pictures, mark parcels big or small

Pros: - It's really quick and convenient at both scanning parcels and collections.
- The online support team is very quick to assist in case of any issues with the app.
- I like that it has both web and app versions.
- Supports bulk import of user data.
- Clean and user-friendly interface.

Cons: -It lags sometimes, particularly on older or low-spec phones and older versions of android.
-There have been situations when all parcel data has been erased from the system, however, we were able to recover it with help from the support team.

Overall: It's really great overall, but could use a few performance improvements to optimise it for devices across various specifications (both low and high spec).

Pros: Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Cons: Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away.

Overall: We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.

Pros: It's easy, quick to use and clear - any issues are solved very quickly with the help desk people, really friendly as well

Cons: It can be a bit slow sometimes, sometimes scans the wrong name but it's very easily fixed

Overall: Overall I believe it is a great service and we use it constantly with very little issues, any issues are solved very quickly

Pros: I liked the scanning part of this tracker really friendly user very easy to use also you have daily reports

Overall: my overall experience is that the price is affordable and you get more for you buck with parcel tracker

Pros: The app straightforward to use and my business couldn't run smoothly without it. The customer service from the live chat is top notch when required they get things sorted quickly.

Cons: The app has recently been updated and made some major changes which has in turn made things a little slower for us when it comes to sorting out our parcels although the team has done their best to bring back some of the old features which I must praise them for.

Overall: Great app would certainly recommend to anyone in my line of work as it has saved me hours here per week

Pros: Easy use and tracking, real time updates, anyone can use in the reception. Real time customer service.

Cons: To be honest, I can't thing of nothing. Sometimes it has leggings but just close and open the app and its all done. Not a big deal.

Overall: A huge upgrade from using Excel sheet to organise parcels. I can also scan multiple parcels at once.

Pros: I love that it's as so user friendly to use, and very easy to learn. It isn't over complicated and we only need one training session to use.

Cons: I don't like that if there's multiple barcodes to scan and it chooses the wrong one to scan, can make it complicated when trying to search for something, should give us the option to choose which barcode we want tor register.

Overall: Overall experience is good, there's just some minor details I wish could happen. Would highly recommend this app!

Cons: Had a bug where our data kept getting deleted but this was solved after contacting support. All data was restored and investigated.

Overall: Easy to use - efficient parcel tracking service. Would recommend for use in a large flat block with a reception or student accommodation.

Pros: Fast and effective. Fantastic product. As a Concierge in an Apartment Complex we get a lot of packages. This product has made our lives so much easier.

Cons: Sometimes there is an issue scanning QR Codes, other than that it is great

Overall: Great product, very easy to use fast and secure. Residents love it, they find it more secure and safe

Pros: this app is extremely helpful when logging in large amounts of package during our most busy time during season. very use to use.

Cons: sometime the connection goes in and out "syncing" the packages sometimes takes time.

Overall: Parcel Tracker is a great tool for mailrooms! The notification feature is amazing! Simplified dashboards and the ability to customize the notifications is key!

Pros: Help process packages very efficiently. Product has been very helpful how full to track packages specially when you have 2 or 3 packages for the same unit screenshot really helps to ensure that it gets delivered and we have confirmation.

Cons: I can't think of any perhaps we haven't used it enough to be able to put this information.

Overall: Oral for so good will continue to test to see what improvements are what work needs to be done yes..

Cons: UI/UX elements could be a bit more accessible. The button you hold to scan could be larger and switching sites could be a more streamlined process.

Overall: Pretty Good! I like a lot of the elements as they are but it could use a few tweaks to make it great.

Pros: This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.

Cons: 1. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.
2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on the label.
3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

Overall: This is a user-friendly apps that helps us schedule packages. I hope it can be improved in the future, that would be great.

Pros: I really like the app, it helps us as a management company keep track of packages for each building we have. It was easy to have the front desk personnel trained and it is a very user friendly platform.

Cons: Personally, custumer service wasnt the best. We were cancel the same day for a meeting 10 minutes before it was supposed to start.

Overall: Overall it provides a good experience from a user standpoint and from an administrator stand point since it allows me to log in remotely and make any changes.

Pros: Great app for going digital, especially in residential settings. Prior to Parcel, our tracking system for senior residents involved manually logging items in and out of a binder, which had its own pros and cons. Parcel allows us to better track packages, especially in situations where staff, residents, or couriers cannot provide clear answers. The web browser interface is fantastic for visual learners—you can create customized views to filter what is and isn’t needed.

Cons: Images do not always upload after submitting. It would be helpful if the app automatically prompted a photo instead of requiring the extra step to select “take a photo.” Logged items also do not always sync across different users and devices.

Overall: Parcel has been a great tool for transitioning from manual to digital tracking, especially in residential settings with multiple users. It has improved visibility and made package management easier. With a few fixes—like syncing and photo uploads—it could be even better.

Pros: What I easily noticed was, it immediately replied on my query. It even provide where I can connect for my query.

Cons: So far, I saw nothing. Except that the service is offline because its Sunday...

Overall: I had fun communicating with the service. I even sent what I need to tell the company about my intention to join the team.

Pros: ease of use, once set up it's a very simple tool to use, there are also links to youtube video guides for all the features that are simple straight to the point and not time wasting at all.

Cons: I had an issue with bulk uploading details and it wasn't very clear to me what the problem was, but the live chat support resolved this quickly and provided an explanation as to what had gone wrong for me and how to workaround it

Overall: It's a great app, easy to use, sometimes simple is the best!
But the product support i have found to be excellent, the response from a real human was really quick and was nice to know they had further support available to them quickly as well. the problem i mentioned in the "cons" box was resolved within 20 minutes
