About vFound Parcels
vFound Parcels is browser-based mailroom software for apartment buildings, university mailrooms, offices, coworking spaces, hotels and multi-tenant properties. Staff scan barcodes or photograph delivery labels, review suggested recipient and tracking details, assign shelf locations and notify recipients by email. Each recipient can open a private pickup page to view waiting parcels, use a collection code, snooze reminders, set a hold date or authorize another collector. Staff manage a live pickup queue, record signatures and optional pickup photos, print parcel and shelf labels, track shelf occupancy, log outgoing courier handoffs and run signed delivery rounds. Reporting and CSV exports help teams review parcel volumes and collections. The software runs in a browser and shares a people list and workspace with other vFound products; it supports parcel intake and handoffs rather than courier booking or postage purchasing.
