Your data is entirely hosted on SharePoint online in your Office 365 tenant, we keep none of it. Comprehensive in its tools for internal users, SteadyPoint Helpdesk app can also be utilized as a ticketing system by external users through Office 365 services. By using the Helpdesk portal from Office 365, or by submitting tickets through email which are then collected.
