Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Very easy to deploy images across various machines despite hardware differences. -Extremely easy to set up and use. -Driver packs are updated with almost all models. -The cloud deploying option is wonderful. -1 month trial with all features -Customer service and Sales teams are very helpful and supportive. - Easy to learn and use for imaging units. - Cloud integration allows us to image units in the filed, where we could not before. - Application Packs are very handy for rolling out software quickly. - And Platform Packs make sure we have the latest drivers and firmware on a newly imaged unit as well as a unit already deployed. Setup process was very easy and quick. Their site has tons of documentation and videos on how to get the product setup. Smart deploy cut down our imaging and setup times to a fifth of what it was before. Combined with WDS our imaging process from start to finish takes 15 minutes. Driver packs make deployment easy. Single gold image is all that is needed. Easy to customize answer file. Easy to create application packs. • Quick Golden Image Setup • Easy to Deploy local or Remote • No more manual Sysprep • Mgmt. of all machines in once location • Driver Packs deploy with EASE!!!! Cons -The user interface needs an update I guess. It looks a bit old-fashioned. -Lack of proper documentation. -Deploying your Anti Virus through your golden image is a little bit challenging. - No Single Management console if you have multiple servers as deployment servers (This feature was not available and was disclosed when we purchased). - Also no sync option for when you update an image to push it to a multiple server deployment setup (Really wish this were an option). - Custom Application Packs are a little tricky to build (But can be done). - Not ALL Platform Packs are the latest available drivers and firmware (But for the most part they are). Wish there was a way for multiple admins to be signed into SD at once on the same server. Nothing really. Would like more available pre-packaged apps. • More Built in Application Packs • No Cloud Mgmt. Tool (Hopeful in coming releases)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Seamless integration with Google Admin. Efficient tracking of repairs. Ability to link repairs of specific assets to staff and students. Improved inventory tracking and management efficiency compared to previous systems. Vizor is extremely customizable, allowing our team to create a program tailored exactly to the operations and protocols of our organization. Setup was easy through our Google integration, and support is very responsive. The system is a very robust, easy to use and comprehensive ticketing and asset management system. Great sales presentation. They do a good job on the demonstration. Very friendly sales people, way more responsive that their support. Cons There are some minor interface challenges, but they're easily outweighed by the platforms capabilities Our hope is for the product to eventually incorporate receiving alerts when devices or user generates repeat tickets to help us develop intervention strategies. They say that they offer a 30 refund window. However, their implementation process is terrible. We had two weeks of no communication for the roll out. We decided to cancel and they refused to refund after 30 days because, in their words, the issue wasn’t the performance of the product but their lack of communication. To me they are one and the same. Also, the UI and UX are terrible. Their documentation is an 800+ page PDF. Some customization required support involvement which I get, but we happen to need to frequently modify things that only support can modify and that’s just too inflexible for us.
