The low cost entry along with the multitude of ways to engage leads on behalf of clients is a great advantage. It works for what it says. It's good for small and medium enterprise. Cons Overall it's an outstanding marketing automation platform. #1- it's an excellent tool, we had overall positive experience. Even being professional some of the tools are complex.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PathFactory provides extraordinary insight into user engagement with your content. By watching how people visit and revisit specific items in a track, what they share, and how long they spend reading and watching things, we get smarter and smarter about what kinds of content works best for different personas at different stages of the buyer's journey. The product is very easy to use, and asset governance is a breeze, since you can update a report in the content library and it automatically updates it in every track you used it in. The company's focus on customer satisfaction has saved the day in multiple situations at different companies where we have used PathFactory. Cons Can't think of anything really. It did what we asked it to do, and then some.
