	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love the ease of setting up customers. I like the fact that you get to build your own PBX which allows you to customize and tailor your customers' experience and requirements. I like the extensive training and lastly their support is super helpful!!!! Cons I think I would have arranged the provisioning features a little differently.
