One monthly payroll run makes every salary slip, with overtime already on it, and the WPS salary file your bank or exchange house accepts. GOSI rules for Saudi staff are set per regime, the month's roster is planned per site, and crews check in from their phones or a connected biometric clock. Every employee has the app on their phone, managers approve in one list, gratuity and final settlements are calculated, and Emirates ID, iqama and visa expiry dates sit on the employee record with reminders. UAE and Saudi companies can run in one copy, each with its own currency, holidays and payroll. Hosted in the UAE or the Kingdom, or on your own servers, set up and run by Mindcat.
