Another thing that I liked about this platform is that it has an integrated sales management system, it not only allows you to carry out advertising campaigns, but it also allows you to register each of the potential clients obtained through those campaigns, I can register them within of this database and I can keep track of each client obtained, it allows me to use a CRM system integrated within this same panel, which helps to optimize sales and retain clients immediately every time we run a new advertising campaign . In addition, I also liked the ease with which I can send a campaign simultaneously on my social networks and at the same time send them by email, every time I am going to send an advertising campaign I only have to select the social networks and if I want to send it by email, it will be sent immediately to all registered contacts. The main feature that I like about MailerLite is that it has a fairly complete free trial, it has a good free trial service, which is capable of allowing us to create all kinds of advertising campaigns and send them to customers and a minute of payment of some fee , this free trial lasts approximately 1 month, but it is complete and you can get a lot of use out of it. The free trial has the testing system included, this way you can test all the advertising campaigns before you send them to your clients. You can also create text messaging campaigns, this campaign is a bit easier to create and can be completed in just a few minutes. And the third way to create advertising campaigns within this platform is through the HTML editor, thanks to this editor you can create much more advanced campaigns, with a much more professional configuration and with a much more complete integration, HTML campaigns are really good and better than drag and drop campaigns. - I love the way in which I can monetize each of the objects that I implement in each advertising campaign, I can add specific objects to each campaign and be able to sell them within it, I love the way in which I can integrate this platform with others trading platforms, We are a company specialized in selling properties and renting them, so linking a trading platform to our campaign service is fully functional and beneficial for all of us, as it helps to receive payments within the campaign without any problem and without using any external program. - I love the way I can send targeted campaigns and generalized campaigns, thanks to this system I can send campaigns for each subscriber, it also allows me to use tagging and personalization functions that deliver relevant content for each specific subscriber. Targeted campaigns within this platform also allow me to schedule a campaign for a specific time zone, this scheduled campaign allows me to automate sending them to recipients. -I love the auto-response mode that the MailerLite system has, within this platform I can configure automated responses that are sent depending on the action taken by the client within the campaign, create advanced marketing workflows within this platform It is quite simple and it helps to automate between the client and the campaign, I can configure the automated sending of emails depending on the client's interaction. What company would not like to have an automation when sending their campaigns? Having an automated response depending on the customer's actions is the best thing about any Marketing service. MailerLite focuses on offering the best expectation for the clients and receivers of each campaign, during the use we have had in our company, we have noticed the following positive characteristics: - MailerLite has the ability to create and manage drip campaigns. With the drip system, campaigns with automated responses can be created, depending on the actions of the client with the campaign that has previously been sent. I love this feature because it allows our customers to receive immediate responses via email, and thus have a good sales procedure. This feature has allowed us to close more deals. - It has an excellent email marketing system, providing me with a wide variety of designs for each campaign that I am going to carry out through email. In addition, MailerLite also has templates to create emails right away, without the need to do it manually. - It has an excellent anti-spam system, so that a large number of our email campaigns reach their recipients without any type of blocking by the recipients. All emails sent from MailerLite reach their recipient. - I love the integration system that it has with our event system, coming to work automatically when each event ends. MailerLite sends automated campaigns to all event participants, in order to attract new potential customers. I really like the fact that this is an entirely computer-operated system which is very user-friendly. I like the design of this mailer (HTML, templates, drag and drop, etc) Cons MailerLite is an amazing platform to optimize ad campaign management service and also allows to manage all the sales or negotiations with leads, however, one of the main problems within this platform is that it is quite expensive, each of the plans that they offer are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend that this platform be used in small companies, since this will cause it to take a long time to obtain benefits or return on investment due to its high costs, I consider that this platform can only be used in medium or large companies, to maximize the profits corresponding to each advertising campaign. The second negative thing that I did not give you about this platform is that it does not have any email bounce system, it is very necessary that this system be implemented in order to know exactly if the client has correctly received the advertising campaign or if the filter of sending mail to bounced in this sent campaign, I consider that this function is very necessary so that we know exactly how many clients have received each campaign correctly. The last negative thing about this platform is regarding a specific feature of the application for mobile phones, currently this application only allows you to view the reports or the performance of each sent campaign in real time, you can also send campaigns that are ready through that platform, however, it is not possible to create new campaigns within it, you cannot design a campaign from scratch within this application, the only way to do it is through the desktop version or the web version. One of the disadvantages that I have noticed within this platform is that it has very few pre-designed templates to incorporate into the advertising campaigns that you carry out, I have bought this platform with several alternatives and I have noticed that it has very few templates for all users. Another of the negative things is that you cannot carry out a joint advertising campaign from the platform, it would be excellent if within this platform you could carry out campaigns with the support of your colleague, or you can carry out a campaign with the help of your work team, this it would further facilitate the campaign and help it to have greater participation and collaboration. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ok, thanks for the opportunity, be honest, these are my feedback after useing, please check below. first pro: 80% successful rate to find right email. second pro: most of time input first name and family name with company website, i can find right email. Emails actually get delivered unlike some other email marketing services and transactional email services we were using prior to SendGrid. Almost nothing. The system is too barebones, can't put emojis in emails, very little actual customization, other platforms are much better. I did like that the software was easy to use. It had a very user-friendly interface and made things easy to navigate through. Uploading contacts was a streamlined process. Sendgrid allows our company to send updates to a vast array of consumers through email. The credentials built through Sendgrid software allow our emails to not end up in the Junk Folder. Cons First con: if a person has many job positions at different companies, you only can obtain the first company information and existing person emails. Second con: it can't link with more social channels, like Twitter or Instagram and can't grab email in pictures and PDF files, also many information shows in Google but can't be found here. Third con: RocketReach can find the right email but usually GetEmail can't. Fourth con: the cost is high for monthly, and can't get free credits most of times. That's all the cons I found, i have been using this tool for more than one and a half years, anyway, thank you very much, hope your team can improve and do better. No cons for our use cases. Does everything we need it to do. First of all the service didn't work. The campaigns wouldn't be sent at all and I had to call customer support. EVERY TIME. And it would take time, hours DAYS, every time. So we lost a lot in proper campaign timing, leads would get cold. We lost ROI there. I didn't like that their shared IP still got bad ratings. I used a few of their competitors before this, and was getting much better open rates using the same emails on the other platforms. I needed a lot of help setting up my account. It would be helpful to have a more user-friendly set up.
