UENI

Pros: We all know that having a business is already time consuming. One thing I love about this site is you fill in the info needed, send photos or videos or both and bam! A few days later you have an amazing site! Quick. Way. Painless!

Cons: The prices are good. I just wish they were a tad cheaper.

Overall: I would recommend UENI to anyone! Take some of the load off of your shoulders and let UENI take care of this part! Trust me: they got you!

Pros: Easy to navigate they set it up basically to get it started... offers constant updates... professional design.

Cons: Limited functionality gallery giving me issues and hard to set up customized sections.

Overall: Positive. Overall still setting up and need assistance but a pro more than a con.

Pros: The cost - which turns out IS too good to be true! Sadly- I don’t have anything good to say while my website is losing money and giving me an unprofessional appearance, and this has been going on for over a month and UENI still hasn’t fixed the issues! People cannot pay on my site because of a glitch in their system among other issues that they assured me would be taken care of and they are not!

Cons: Everything else!
Not being able to talk to support on the phone! Losing money because my customers can’t pay online, and I’m still waiting for you to fix it! Pay pal isn’t correctly linked because not all my customers show up on my website. I have had ongoing problems and they are still not fixed and I was supposed to receive a phone call today concerning this and I have not heard back. It would be comical except IT IS COSTING ME MONEY And it looks totally unprofessional! And no one is bothering to do anything about it!

Overall: I am not at all happy and still waiting on a response and a resolution to the many serious issues I’ve been experiencing.

Pros: Ease of information input. Just answer the presented questions and the site is built based on your responses.

Cons: Pictures did not represent our service. The domain name is different from my original domain name (does not match printed materials). Redundancy of the verbiage of what we do. Double billing from UENI website. (Over a week and still not corrected). The offer states complete in three days, did not happen. It took 4.5 days with no explanation as to why.

Overall: Unfortunately, if I had it to do over again, I would not consider UENI as an option. The price for the website was what prompted my decision to purchase.

Pros: The communication was excellent, the website was colourful and is easy to edit once it has been made.

Cons: It wasn't set up so that several items could be selected.

Overall: Would recommend, i am hoping to solve the only negative once I have my follow up phone call with them.

Pros: I loved how easy it was to get my website up and running.

I literally provided a few details and Ueni provided me with a great site.

Cons: Nothing they have done a great job and I have exactly what I need.

Overall: Excellent service and very smooth to get up and running with everything you need as a small business.

Pros: I like the fact that UENI staff and customer service makes it very easy for a non-tech novice like myself to dream BIG! I really didn't know where to start with creating online presence for my still developing small business idea and fearing the cost. Somehow I found UENI and now my little dream of having web presence to grow my business has moved from dream to reality.

Cons: There's isn't much I can say that I don't like about UENI. However, if there's one thing I'd like to see happen when building out the site is for UENI to automatically build a payment method the template of a client's website if that's even possible.

Overall: My overall experience with UENI so far has been wonderful. Admittedly, most--if not all of my concerns--are minuscule and really point back to my lack of motivation to enhance my site on my own. UENI staff has been extremely helpful to help and encourage me to redevelop, redesign and redirect marketing efforts for my burgeoning business idea. I'm, unfortunately, slowly working my way to the very helpful UENI recommendations slowed by the ongoing strife of the current worldwide pandemic.

Pros: I am going to keep the service and the website and use it for my coaching business and not my Nonprofit.

Cons: My current website has better features. More interactive and visually more appealing.

Overall: Took a little longer than 3 days but I expected that. Still was built in a decent time. I will repurpose this site for my coaching business.

Pros: The ease of answering a few questions to set up your website and they take your answers along with photos to create a website in just three days.

Cons: So far no cons. All has been super easy and straight forward.

Overall: I run across an ad for a website built for you at a one time low cost. I honestly didn't think it was true but I did some research and ended up purchasing the lifetime offer that includes UENI building the website and lifetime web hosting. After purchase I answered a few simple questions about my business and uploaded my company logo along with a few pictures I had taken. The pictures I had taken honestly didn't look that great so they uploaded high quality stock photos to my website. This is only the first day of my website being created but it honestly looks great. I don't have any items I sell other than taking a deposit for private events and they added the ability for my customers to select a date and time and pay for the party deposit. I have linked my company PayPal account to accept payments and now just waiting for my custom domain to be linked up to the site. All has been extremely easy with easy to understand direction and photos to help walk you through the process.

Pros: I'm not very tech savvy. They do all the work for you. Which saves me a lot of time. To do my job well.

Cons: Nothing. No complaints. Absolutely enjoy what they do.

Overall: Easy and effective. Makes my job go a lot smoother. So I can concentrate on what's important to do my job well.

Pros: Good communication from staff, and l like the site set up. It’s less complicated than other sites I’ve used for the non tech people like me!!

Cons: I’m still a bit slow at editing it but if I’m honest that’s me and not the site!

Overall: The best of any website for non techies I’ve used! I plan to stay using this company on an ongoing basis.

Pros: Ueni pretty much have all the things you need to build a nice professional website. There customer service is phenomenal.

Cons: The only con I have is they need more themes but other than that it's pretty good

Overall: I Love this company and would refer them to anyone I know. And if you're having a hard time making the payment they really work with you and I truly thank them for that.

Pros: You can contact someone to assist you with ideas and challenges online or by phone. There are nice options to format your home page.

Cons: Wanted to add music and videos to opening of website and on other pages and not clear how to do that.

Overall: I like UENI and have told others about the website. I am still trying to figure out ways to enhance my website.

Pros: Price and speed of delivery very fast service and delivery looking forward to upgrading very soon thanks.

Cons: Nothing yet just started using this team and look forward to the future.

Cons: I left the computer halfway through the questionnaire. When I came back, I wasn’t able to type in my answers. I had to refresh in order to move forward. That’s the worst thing that happened to me while making this website. Just a mere frustration because I had to leave and return later. Not necessarily a complaint about the service.

Overall: The service was easy and quick. The price was awesome! It has saved us so much time and money so that we can move forward and get our business up and running.

Pros: Professional job and really simple. Knew exactly what I needed with the information I provided. I can focus on my job now.

Overall: I have been with UENI for 4 or 5 years now. Great customer service and very quick answers to my questions. UENI helps every year by adding more services at no charge to me.

Pros: Such an easy, painless and quick experience from start to finish. The whole process only took 3 days and I am so pleased with the results.

Cons: There was noting that i didn't like - the whole process was really good.

Overall: Great, would highly recommend especially for me as I am completely computer illiterate. And the website is easy to update and maintain.
