Tlon Messenger is a messenger and personal AI agent experience built around the idea that the tools closest to your life should belong to you. It runs on a personal server that is yours forever, so messages, groups, identity, and data live on your server rather than on Tlon’s infrastructure. Every account includes Tlonbot, an OpenClaw-powered AI agent that works inside Tlon Messenger, learns workflows and preferences, and augments conversations without giving personal context away to another giant company. Tlonbot can join group chats, answer questions, search the web, manage groups, remember context, schedule tasks, help with reminders, support games and trivia, and act as a private confidant or shared assistant. Everyone in a group chat can use it, making the agent part of the conversation instead of a separate app. Tlonbot’s memories live on the user’s server, and its own node is tied to the user’s node, with a dedicated server and cryptographic identity.
