Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Super simple to use. Great Interface and multifunctional! I love being able to use the extension. That truly makes my job so much easier. We like that they are integrated with HubSpot directly, so we are able to set up automatic SMS texts to new leads. I like being able to use a number that is not to make calls, as well as being able to track the outcome of each of them! The pros of the product are easy to use, has very good features like setting up voicemails, scheduling a call, sending out SMS, and calling agents. Kixie is pretty easy to use and set up. It has a good integration with HubSpot (our CRM) and it has pretty good reporting. Cons Sometimes it can be glitchy with AirPods or other bluetooth devices. - Phone app has a lot of issues (phone drops) - Has a slight learning curve in the beginning It can freeze sometimes, but most of the time it is a network issue of my own, not the software. There are hardly any cons, to be honest. We still have problems with our caller ID/numbers showing up as different businesses (like dentists or spam). The pricing is fairly complicated and we experience downtime off and on.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Have been using TelebuHub as our contact center a software for almost a year. The flexibility it offers in terms of packages is perhaps the best part. You can avail personalised packages based on only what you need. Saves you a lot and keep customers happy. I have personally faced no downtimes and any questions or queries or updates are immediately cleared by the super helpful customer service agents. Live reporting and analytics features are the most helpful. Helps me keep a tab on how properly my customers queries are handled! Also the IVRStudio is an absolute boon when it comes to designing your own IVR flow. If you are a small business looking for a cloud deployed contact center software , definitely give this a try! It works as a good outbound, inbound and ticketing platform. Our business, Intricate Fashions India Private Limited is using the platform for about six months now. We use it to handle inbound support queries coming in via an IVR. It also has an inbuilt CRM. It's very competitively priced. Cons Could have used a mobile application since the website performance on mobile screens is poor. CRM does not have the features that most basic CRMs available in the market offer. The design could have been a little better & pleasing to the eye. They don't have an App.
