Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has a beautiful and appealing interface. Fuze has also mobile support which assures you can get in touch with coworkers anytime. Easy to host video meetings. File sharing works superbly. One of a great and competitive software in the market now. I like this tool for corporate use. Best for instant messaging and video/audio calls. Easy to set up a call or meeting. I have been using it for 4yrs. Amazing tool for calls, meeting and video conference's. Best for office use. The application combines an implementation of different communication tools through conferences with one or more people. It provides several options for contact through video and audio conferences. It also manages a section for managing private and group chats where you can share various files. It's a good tool to make meetings and group communication with business project teams. The paid plans are cost-effective. We had a good experience with its meeting service. The user Interface is easy to navigate. Cons It has less number of features when compare with its competitor Slack. They offer more integration and collaboration options. I had issues with refreshing resetting status. But got fixed after connecting with support. Connectivity is the concern. Initially I had issues with connectivity. But it got fixed after connecting with their customer care. As disadvantages we determined the limitations in terms of access to an extension for mobile devices, its tools can only be used for desktop devices. Similarly, we do not have functions to manage a project calendar creation with this application. Call quality issues when connected to an open network.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is very easy to use and devices which you can add makes it very great tool if you on a mobile office or you often not at the desk. Also, for a stationary office work the platform can replace a normal desk phone This software is great for allowing us to communicate internally at no cost. It also has the plus of being the only free solution I’ve found with dial in numbers. Ability to give out RingCentral numbers on cell phones, so users do not need to use their personal number to make contact. Easy design and interface when setting up users and managing teams. Support is very quick to respond. Works great for a small to midsized company and is a valuable asset which will enable them to better handle their call volumes. Has all the features needed with desktop, mobile, and browser capabilities. With click to call from your mobile or browser is a sweet add-on. able to set up simple IVRs for your business needs as well. Cons Using it almost every day, platform itself works perfectly, hence its relies on your connection. The only con is feature limitations, which is to be expected. Service is dependent on the internet, so when traveling down the highway, sometimes a call will drop if you have bad cell reception. End user training is the biggest hurdle I am facing as some are up in age and set in their ways. The only con for the system would be when adding new users and setting up extensions could be confusing at first but after you create a few you will get the hang of it.
