Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The design team is always on top of it. The software is easy to use, intuitive, and responsive. No issues whatsoever. Kizen has improved collaboration among our team, increased productivity, and allowed us to gain better insight into our business. Our team had been using Salesforce for 4+ years and ended up having to pay for additional third-party applications to piece together a solution that still didn't work perfectly for us. The transition to Kizen from Salesforce was seamless, and the Kizen team was there to walk us through it every step of the way. We have been nothing short of impressed with Kizen's best-in-class product suite and team. Cons I don't have anything that I don't like about this software. As of now, we have been completely satisfied with Kizen.
