Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros DirectLync delivers bespoke solutions for our company; they were able to take a niche challenge and developed a transformative way to solve it. 1) The easy-to-use templates and the comprehensive color formatting process allow us to implement our branding guidelines seamlessly. 2) We love the ease of adding contact groups and working with our ever-changing contact groups. 3) Feedback from the Activity Report feature helps us "always improve our position" with all our constituent groups and learn who our most engaged followers are by the number of opens, clicks, etc. 4) Best of all is the expert and timely advice from Qiana, our DirectLync support person. She helps us benefit from all the dynamic DirectLync features, from drip campaigns to social media posting schedules. We have yet to reach the total capacity of all DirectLync can do for us due to our small staff, but the sky is the limit when we do. You are all so responsive, and helpful with anything I reach out to you about. The website looks so much better than it used to! We are so glad we worked/are working with you! I use DirectLync for creating marketing emails. I love that everything is so customizable. DirectLync really allows you to be creative with your work. Cons Very few to no cons; start to finish was a fun and easy project. DirectLync does not make house calls, if they did, their service would be perfect. LOL! Not too many cons! You are all so responsive, and helpful with anything I reach out to you about. You can't place certain content wherever you want.
