Cons 1- We had an overall positive experience with it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Attendance and leave tracking are easy to manage, and payroll processing saves a lot of manual work. Employees can check payslips and apply for leave themselves, so there are fewer routine questions to HR. Cons The interface feels a bit dated in places, and it took me a little while to get used to all the menus and reports. A few more customization options would be nice.
