Pros: Attendance and leave tracking are easy to manage, and payroll processing saves a lot of manual work. Employees can check payslips and apply for leave themselves, so there are fewer routine questions to HR.
Cons: The interface feels a bit dated in places, and it took me a little while to get used to all the menus and reports. A few more customization options would be nice.
Overall: HRMantra has handled our day-to-day HR work well, mainly attendance, leave and payroll. There's a small learning curve at the start, but once it's set up it saves real time. I'd recommend it for small to mid-sized teams that want to move away from spreadsheets.
