	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros #1- Instant live supports solution for business. #2- It also integrates with the Slack app, gives the best platform to manage everything within a single app. #3- Very easy to install and implement on business. Super easy livechat to use and set up for any company website. Never had an issue and is very user friendly. Cons #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. Nothing I dislike about Crisp live chat to be honest.
