    Pros: It was really simple to set up and start inviting people in for video interviews. We also got great feedback from our candidates about how easy it was for them to do the interview. It also integrated with Zapier really smoothly.

    Cons: Support for regional languages would be great, that's the one thing our candidates have requested. Hopeful to see that in a future update at some point.

    Overall: Very positive. My team loves it and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to improve their initial screening.

    Pros: Jobma is very easy to use, and you can create an account at a reasonable price. It accelerated the hiring process by providing a video interview facility.

    Cons: I couldn't find any flaws with Jobma. It has been a blessing for our team.

    Pros: My team was struggling to complete our recruitment target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After adding Jobma to our team, we are not only hiring quickly but also focusing on the quality of hires.     Cons: After using it for a while, we have yet to face any major issues, but they could make improvements to the interview scheduling process.

    Pros: Jobma helped my hiring team in quickly switching to remote hiring. We got access to many incredible features like pre-recorded and live video interviews, artificial intelligence, applicants tracking system, cloud-based storage, and many others.

    The best part is that these incredible features are available at a very reasonable price. I can confidently recommend Jobma to all my colleagues in the industry.

    Cons: I can’t say it’s a con though, but the users need to download the app to use it on smartphones.

    Overall: It is a perfect software to help you switch to digital hiring. With so many features in your kit, you will notice that hiring has become faster and efficient. We also saw that our cost of hiring had been reduced significantly since adding Jobma to our team.

    Pros: We have been using the new version of Jobma for the previous few months. It has completely transformed our interviewing experience through brand new features such as visually appealing UI, new cloud-based storage, and view all options to access interview status easily without scrolling ups and downs.

    With new features, it has become easier for us to track top-scoring candidates and select the best performer in the interview process.

    Cons: Though my team has not witnessed any significant problem in the software, candidates' interviewing experience can be better.

    Overall: We have been using Jobma for online recruitment purposes for more than one year, and it has made our task to find, engage and hire quality talent for the company easier than ever.     Pros: Jobma is one of the best video interview software I have ever used. It provides one and live both interview options itself.

    Cons: Jobma should include applicant tracking system to make it more useful for recruiters.

It is easy to use and have pleasant UI experience. Not only this, Safari compatibility allows users to conduct hiring on mobile without installing Mobile app that is a big plus of Jobma.

    Cons: Though I have not experienced any markable demerit while using Jobma, but live video interviewing experience could improve.

    Overall: I am using Jobma from previous 1 years and it has transformed my hiring experience at the next level. Now I don’t have to present in real-time when candidates are recording responses. Best of all, Jobma helps me screen a lot of time at the same time automatically that improves quality of in-person interviews and reduce interview time.

    "Video interviews worked great for us"

    Pros: We were able to remotely interview people with video interviews. Because of the COVID lockdown we couldn't manage face to face interviews. Jobma let us hire people even during the lockdown. Interviews can also be shared by email which was great.

    Cons: Live interview recording is not there. They say it is coming soon though.

    Overall: First time using video interviews. I was worried if our candidates would like it but it turned out to be really easy. Had great feedback.

    "Video interviews with a lot of cool features"

    Pros: We used this to hire people for my team and I really liked the one way video interviews. We set up questions with some parameters like how much time do they get to think about the question or how long of a video they can record and then candidates just record a video of themselves answering it. I hadn't used that type of video interviews before, we had live video calls but that is a different thing entirely. I think they were great in find a handful of candidates to move forward in the hiring process. I also liked that we could share those interview videos internally to get feedback.

    Cons: I wish there was a simple way to explain to candidates what they needed to do. Some candidates thought we would be jumping on a live video call.

    Overall: I thought it was great! I had done video calls before but the One way stuff was totally new to me. I would definitely like to do more of these next time we hire for our team.

    "Great option for One way video interviews"

    Pros: The best thing about Jobma was how easy it was for our candidates to do a one way interview. We sent them an invitation and they were put right into the interview by just clicking the link. We also had a pretty high rate of interviews completed for the people that we invited and candidate feedback was quite positive too. Mobile app was a pretty big plus as well since for some of the positions that we hired for, not many candidates had a laptop.

    Cons: Live interviews need more features. I would like to have a higher panel count (currently its 3 as far as I know). Also being able to record and share them easily would be nice as well.

    Overall: My team was pretty happy with it. More importantly our candidates were happy with it. It was also nice being able to involve people from different teams early into the candidates hiring journey. That helped us fined candidates that we were happier with.

    Pros: The pricing is great. We looked at a lot of different options and this one was the most reasonable of them all. I also liked that you can basically pay per use. It is also really easy to use. You just set up questions and invite people in. Once they record their videos, you get an email notification letting you know its available to watch. I also like the sharing options that let us send out finished interviews for others to review so we can get more opinions on a candidate.

    Cons: You need to use their app on mobile phones. The app is good and it works absolutely fine but there is no way to do an interview if you don't want to install an app. I don't know if thats a technical limitation of mobile phones though.

    Overall: We used it for a limited case and we are pretty happy with it. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are looking to add video interviews in your hiring. Especially in this scenario where traveling and face to face interviews are often not feasible.

    "Video interviews are very effective."

    Pros: I liked that it let us add other people from my organisation as sub users. That meant we could create users for different departments that do their own hiring.

    It was really easy for our applicants as well. We just sent them a link that already had all their information in it so they didnt have to provide any details. They just clicked on the link and were put right into the video interview.

    Lastly, it was very important to us that the video interviews worked on mobile phones since most of our applicants would not have a laptop with them. Happy to report their app works great on Android and iOS devices.

    Cons: Its a little confusing to use at first. I would recommend you have someone from their team show you the basics to get things going.

    Also the branding was somewhat difficult to get right. I think that might be an issue with the size of my images though.

    Overall: This was our fist experience with adding video interviews to our recruitment and I am very happy with the results so far. Its been great.

    Pros: The pricing was great, it fit perfectly in our budget for what we wanted to spend. It was also really convenient for candidates to do these interviews as opposed to finding a common time for an extended phone conversation with us. I also like that it works on mobile devices, most people dont use a laptop these days.

    Cons: Its been working pretty well for us, cant think of anything to be honest.

    Overall: Does what it says. Video interviews have been working out great for us.

    Pros: Pricing makes it easier to use it even for limited hiring.
    Their support team is really helpful.
    Works pretty smoothly, we had no major issues.

    Cons: Kinda difficult to set up our logos and branding. It worked but it took a little effort.

    Overall: We used this to fill a position in my team a few weeks ago. The pricing is great, it was really easy to start using as well. I also liked that we could look at a lot of candidates in a short amount of time without jumping on a phone. Plus since we are watching videos, its easier to involve more people into the hiring process. I was able to help my HR team look at candidates to find the best ones.

    "Works great for screening candidates"

    Pros: It works pretty well. We screen around 40 candidates using video interviews with Jobma and it was really simple. I also liked that you can combine multiple choice questions and video questions to make a more well rounded off interview. Lastly, their pricing is really great.

    Cons: Nothing much. Its worked pretty good for us. One minor point is some of the useful stuff is kinda buried under menu's. Wouldnt hurt to simplify the options a bit.

    Overall: If you are looking for video interview software then I would definitely recommend considering this one.
