Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Performance and compliance pieces that are built in. Comprehensive dashboards and reporting capabilities. We use CallShaper for work and it's very easy to navigate not only for us but for our agents that make phone calls. I really like the fact that there is a help center and you can email, chat, and even call them! They always have the answers to all your questions! The scripting, IVR, and webhook features are all very robust and I have been completely satisfied. The reporting is great for recurring exports. Their customer service is fast to respond and have never failed to help fix an issue including even working on software updates. Cons More "for hire" support to assist with script overhauls, IVRs, enhancements, etc would be very helpful. On the supervisor chat I would like to see an icon pop up or alert sound when someone sends a message to the supervisor. More tools for training would also be helpful. So far, I like everything about it the platform. Hasn't seen something that I didn't like. Cannot create reports based on custom data fields for past calls that are not part of a recurring export.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The onboarding process is smooth and seamless. The user interface is very appealing. I liked being able to carry out different actions in sales and marketing on the same screen. Dynamic lead approach methods. Analytics are accurate. Offers the best pipeline management for sales. Our organization has improved a lot in terms of project management from the use of Copper; I like how it allows us to automate data entry to have better control over the data in our ongoing projects and its integration with different tools. Without a doubt, Copper has been an ideal CRM solution for our team to successfully and controllably accomplish our tasks and projects, highly recommended. #1- Cooper is an intuitive and automated Customer Relationship Management platform. #2- It works automated and allows us to focus on sales. #3- G Suite integrations are great. Cons Never faced any major problems while using this platform. Its cost and lack of customization for some features, but the operation has been correct despite the latter. #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.
