CallHippo helps business to open customer service on voice call platform. The call quality is very clear. I never faced any call drop. CallHippo is available on Cross-platform. The customer service is great. Cons It doesn't used PBX system as the traditional phone using and hence online connectivity is required. For access the incoming, their app is mandatory. CallHippo offers Freely communication, Without phone bill. No dislikes. I never had any issue with CallHippo. I works great.
