Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Helps to stay focused from the very beginning of a workday. Since you know your employer can check up your screenshots once, you'd barely want to visit any irrelevant-to-work websites and apps. That works for me. I manage a way more with AtTrack. UX is very good. Help to make invoices to our clients. Very useful to track work time. Good reports! Employees make better use of their time and achieve better results. The tracker shows me and the team accurate data on load and task execution times. Evaluating new projects just got easier. Cons Sometimes, got confused about how to request my employer to add some more time, e.g. when I forgot to turn on the app at the beginning of my work day. The rest is perfect. I like everything. will be cool to have notifications. I did not find significant disadvantages for my tasks.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For our needs, this is the most cost-effective solution. When we were looking for a time management application, we had the following requirements: - The client installs seamlessly on Windows 11, macOS, and Ubuntu. - Minimal client setup after installation and registration. - Easy client management during operation. - Ethical operation (both employees and management receive the same data). - Four levels of management allow flexible customization to suit our tasks. - Web-based management is intuitive and user-friendly, requiring no additional training. - We contacted support a couple of times: they quickly resolved our issues and answered additional questions. Super easy to use with a simple, no-frills design that just works. The web interface looks nice and is really intuitive. Data syncs quickly, so everything stays up to date in real-time. Really like the reporting features, the dashboard charts make it easy to visualize our data at glance. Also like how there's an option to disable the activity tracking. I love the reminders to start tracking, as I usually just open my computer and start working. This way, I lose a couple of minutes of tracking at worst, instead of hours. The timeline and reports are great - I can see where I spend most of my time (the apps and websites I use) so it gives me control over my work. I use it to create detailed daily reports for my work, and the breakdowns help me justify what exactly I did in a given time period to my clients. The design is really intuitive, so I don't ever need to resort to any complicated documentation to figure out what I need to press and where. Traqq's interface is super intuitive, making it easy to track your time. I also really appreciate smart notifications (they remind you to take breaks or alert you if you forget to turn the timer on). Cons All my laptop applications are in dark mode, but Traqq doesn’t have a dark theme, which is annoying. I’ve already written to them, but Traqq lacks an automatic tracking shutdown feature at the end of the workday. This is particularly frustrating when I start Netflix after work to watch my favorite series. I don’t actually need all the features it offers. It’d be cool if they had different plans so you could pick the features you really need. The PTO tracking could use some work and there's no ability to customize the calendar to show national holidays. It would be great if there was a mobile app for it, so I could track my phone app usage. The site could also benefit from having an online chat for troubleshooting, though I haven't really had to resort to contacting support as of writing this. For me, it would be more convenient if the tool allowed me to track time for separate tasks, so I could get a more detailed overview of where my time is spent. That said, you can still get a good sense of what’s taking up your time since the tool shows app and website usage.
