Pros: The people were extremely helpful and the personal attention we received was phenomenal. I get a human when I call and not a machine. Easy to learn and easy to get help if needed.
Cons: Had a difficult time setting up with qbo payments. However I know I can call Richard for assistance.
Overall: Richard was very helpful and called to check on me several times. He also spent time with my employees to get the onboard as well. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

Cons: While effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times the app can run a little slow when loading larger files, the reporting features could offer more customization, and offline functionality.

Pros: The AIA Progress Billing ALONE is worth the price I pay for Werx. This is a rarity among construction software's. I can also do RFI's, Submittals, etc... without breaking the bank. It is simplicity incarnate.
Cons: Would like a bit more flexibility in the estimating module. As a commercial subcontractor it is a little harder to use than some others. Would also like an integration to Xero accounting.
Overall: I have tried just about every software there is for the commercial construction field. Werx gives us the biggest bang for the buck our of anything we have tried.

WERX offers a strong feature set without the bloated complexity or high price tag that some of the legacy systems carry. The workflows are straightforward, and the platform is clearly designed with the end user in mind. From job tracking to document management, it does what we need it to do, and it does it well.
Support has been responsive, and implementation was smoother than expected. There’s room for improvement in a few advanced customization areas, which is why I’m giving it four instead of five stars — but those are relatively minor compared to the overall value and ease of use we’re getting.
If you're looking for a solid, cost-effective operations platform, WERX is absolutely worth a look. -

Overall: This app definitely offers flexibility with creating billable items in our projects throughout the duration and we love the quickbooks integration! Construction accounting and construction estimating makes the process a breeze. This app really helps increase cash flow throughout the entire project's timeline with it's AIA-style billing, progress billing, even tracking change orders. Customer service is amazing and all the services you get for one low price just can't be beat. Highly recommend, the app is truly user friendly!

Pros: VERY easy learning process. We implemented this software to our office staff and within a week everyone was able to run our day to day operations as normal. Making the decision to utilize a new software is always a daunting process, but this was not the case when we made the move to WERX. Also, the monthly cost of the software is a huge reason we made the switch. The functions WERX offers with very little overhead costs.
Cons: I would like a "VOID" option under the Change Order function in the Projects. In our line of work, we are constantly asked for Change Orders for cost budges. Often times the cost budgets are not approved, but we like to keep the cost budget available for future reference and marking it as VOID vs Pending would help keep the Change Orders more organized.
Overall: We have loved using WERX. The functions of this software have provided our office more organization within our estimates, change orders and progress billings.
