Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is user friendly, not so expensive and a very user friendly software. It will definitely meet all your requirements. Cons There are a few scams reported by individuals and users of this software. I have personally not faced any issues so far.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great support, super low pricing, and ton of features for free. I'm able to have a virtual fax number, 400 minutes of calling per month, and a 800 number all for $9.99/month. It's awesome. Cons However, the mobile app is very glitchy. It's hard to send messages, and I find myself often switching WiFi and Cellular on and off in an attempt to send messages. Also, not HIPAA Compliant which sucks for our business.
