xPyder is a PyMOL plugin to analyze and visualize on the 3D structure dynamical cross-correlation matrices (DCCM), linear mutual information (LMI), communication propensities (CP), intra- and inter-molecular interactions (e.g. PSN), and more, to produce highly customizable publication-quality images. xPyder identifies networks (using concepts from graph theory, such as hubs and shortest path searching), compares matrices and focuses the analysis on relevant information by filtering the data using a modular, user-expandable plugin system that takes advantage of structural and dynamical information, contributing to bridge the gap between dynamical and mechanical properties at the molecular level.

It includes the 2.5 million stars of the Tycho-2 catalog supplemented by data of 120,000 stars from the Hipparcos catalog, 13,000 deep space objects from the NGC and IC catalogs and a large number of asteroids and comets from the Minor Planet Center. Eventer is a programme designed for the detection of spontaneous synaptic events measured by electrophysiology or imaging. The software combines deconvolution for detection, and variable length template matching approaches for screening out false positive events. Eventer also includes a machine learning-based approach allowing users to train a model to implement their ‘expert’ selection criteria across data sets without bias. Sharing models allows users to implement consistent analysis procedures. The software is coded in MATLAB, but has been compiled as standalone applications for Windows, Mac and Linux. Command line arguments: /? displays help information /f anything following is a file you want to process. Things you should know: Change what things in the MSP get mapped into a new name in the MGF in Settings. Anything not on the mapping list is mapped through unaltered.
