    FORTRAN Unit Test Framework (FRUIT)

FORTRAN Unit Test Framework FRUIT - TDD in FORTRAN

FORTRAN Unit Test Framework, written in FORTRAN 95. So that all FORTRAN features can be tested. FRUIT has assertion, fixture, setup, teardown, report, spec, driver generation. Rake used as build tool. Tutorials at http://fortranxunit.wiki.sourceforge.net The core testing part is in FORTRAN, this part can be used independent of the Ruby codes. The Ruby code is to make fixtures and reports easier. Rake is to build the project elegantly. This project also demonstrate a new way to build mixed language code in an alternative way than Make. Most of the FORTRAN are important in nature, used in nuclear and aerospace codes, etc, and maintained and written actively. Please help to bring TDD practices to the FORTRAN community. The change could be very hard, personally, I quit, since I could not make the change. I hope your organization will be successful. Enjoy a cup of fruit while maintaining FORTRAN ! Andrew Hang Chen and other maintainers who feel importance of TDD in cr

    Manyfold

    Manyfold

A self-hosted digital asset manager for 3d print files

Manyfold is an open-source 3D collaboration platform that reimagines how distributed teams and communities can meet, create, and interact in immersive spatial environments through the web. Instead of forcing users to download native apps or create accounts on closed metaverse services, Manyfold runs entirely in the browser, letting people join 3D spaces with simple links and participate in real time using avatars, voice chat, and object interaction. Users can build or import shared 3D worlds, arrange media, embed content, and design interactive layouts that support presentations, workshops, social events, games, and team gatherings without heavy software installations. The platform emphasizes accessibility and flexibility, making 3D collaboration as easy as sharing a document link while still providing spatial audio, synchronized interactions, and physics-aware environments that feel alive and responsive.

    BioC

We describe a simple XML format to share text documents and annotation

A minimalist approach to share text documents and data annotations. Allows a large number of different annotations to be represented. Project files contain: - simple code to hold/read/write data and perform sample processing. - BioC-formatted corpora - BioC tools that work with BioC corpora BioC goals - simplicity - interoperability - broad use - reuse There should be little investment required to learn to use a format or a software module to process that format. We are interested in reuse, and we focus on common NLP tasks that are broadly useful for textmining.

    CanReg5 (moved to Github)

    CanReg5 (moved to Github)

Canreg5 is a software package for population based cancer registries

Cancer registries need a tool to input, store, check and analyse their data. If these data are also coded and verified in a standard way, it facilitates the production of comparable analyses across registry populations. The main goal of the CanReg5 project is to provide a flexible and easy to use tool to accomplish these objectives. CanReg5 is a multi user, multi platform, open source tool to input, store, check and analyse cancer registry data. It has modules to do: data entry, quality control, consistency checks and basic analysis of the data It was designed with an emphasis on user friendliness, it has a modern user interface and is easy to navigate. Is available in several languages. (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Georgian, and Chinese.)
