    Pros: Text, video or voice call from one interface.
    Group chat feature.
    Chat heads feature for pinning chat to mobile's home page.
    Great mobile app - available on all major OS.
    Audio/Video Recording feature.
    Lots of stickers and emojis.

    Cons: Cannot attach or send files from mobile app.
    Too frequent updates use up lot of data bandwidth.

    Overall: Facebook Messenger is a standalone communications app from Facebook. It has a familiar interface and is great for being in touch with all your Facebook contacts.

    Pros: (+) Easy to use and communicate with the help of the messenger.
    (+) The audio and video calling feature is really good.
    (+) Groups with a capacity of 250 can be set up.
    (+) Chatbot support is very good.
    (+) Stickers and gifs are supported.

    Cons: (-) Sometimes the messenger fails to alert the messages received.
    (-) The video quality in the calls is mostly good but sometimes it tends to drop.
    (-) One can always send a message on the Facebook app, it becomes redundant in such scenarios.
    (-) Takes a lot of battery.

    Overall: My experience with the messenger application is very smooth. The application provides decent audio and video calling features and can create groups of great capacity. The application sometimes tends to drain a lot of battery which is not very ideal. The calls also tend to drop but its quite rare.

    On an overall level, the messenger application is very good, the design definitely need a shoutout.

    Pros: I like that you can connect with almost anyone on Facebook through this app, and that it makes it easier by opening Facebook conversations in this separate app. I like that you can call people or video chat.

    Cons: It sometimes makes it hard to find messages that come from someone you are not connected with on the app, and only find them if you manually look.

    Overall: Works well for what it is. Makes it easy to communicate via messaging, phone and video chat. It makes it easier to view and sort your Facebook conversations.

    Pros: I'm a daily user of Facebook Messenger. I use this to keep up with friends and family and business associates. You can also send money super easily with Facebook Messenger.

    Cons: Facebook Messenger has nothing I have found to dislike. Without Facebook I don't know what I'd do to keep in touch with family and friends.

    Overall: Thanks to Facebook I am able to talk to friends and family everyday. I love that I can also use Facebook to send money easily as well.

    Pros: Definitely has made a lot of improvements over the last few years and I realized I use it everyday for work too.

    Cons: It used to be slightly complicated to use but it's better each update.

    Overall: Overall it's a great way to communicate with business and others who you want to stay connected with.
