Easy of scheduling and assigning jobs tracking my payroll hours and cost. Seeing which employees are logged on to work The user-friendly interface makes scheduling simple for both managers and employees, and we can make changes quickly and accurately. Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful when we need assistance. Easy scheduling, monthly timesheets — makes payroll that much easier! We've tried many different scheduling platforms and this is the one we're sticking with! I love the easy layout of the software and how it is easy to transition from one thing to the next. The app makes it easy to follow up as well. Cons Not being able to delete employees and freeing up usage. Punching in and out in phone sometimes eve. In the set area employees have trouble logging in and out. I wish we could copy schedules individually, rather than in bulk. Not as many functions to accommodate non-traditional work schedules. I would love to copy a shift from one day and paste to another.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that you can set different schedules and productivity setting for each employee, without needing to enter anything manually. This program serves as the foundation for calculating employee wages and hours worked. It simplifies my job. Everything was pretty clear from the star. I figured out the platform quickly, and its easy to use.. Thy did a smart job with the menu, it is clear and adding a new employee to the database takes only a few minutes. Among these I liked the option to track one employee from different devices most. You can see the employee's active in one profile, even if the person works from an office laptop and then from a home one. I like that I can mark offline meetings. Having my offline and online work all in one place makes it easy to keep track of everything. It helps me see my productivity better. Cons The sidebar feels a little cluttered to me at times. Not at all. I consider it a top-notch program and something I use every day. I'd like to see more integration with CRM and HR systems. I didn't find any major bugs in my experience. However, I had to contact support to figure out how to connect two different devices to one employee profile. don't really like that after a period of inactivity, I have to log in again, even if the app tab is still open. It's a bit annoying when it happens.
