Cons: The only thing I'd change is the design. It feels a bit outdated to me and could use a refresh.

Pros: Thy did a smart job with the menu, it is clear and adding a new employee to the database takes only a few minutes. Among these I liked the option to track one employee from different devices most. You can see the employee's active in one profile, even if the person works from an office laptop and then from a home one.

Cons: I didn't find any major bugs in my experience. However, I had to contact support to figure out how to connect two different devices to one employee profile.

Overall: Working with Worktime is comfortable. It help me manage all the employee in my department, and I see that other department heads have similar experience with it.

Pros: I like that I can mark offline meetings. Having my offline and online work all in one place makes it easy to keep track of everything. It helps me see my productivity better.

Cons: don't really like that after a period of inactivity, I have to log in again, even if the app tab is still open. It's a bit annoying when it happens.

Overall: I'd rate my experience a 10 out 10, even though there is a few thing I don't particularly like......

Pros: Suitable for any number of employees, as well as for individual use, it allows everyone to be seen in one place and is easy to navigate.

Cons: It would be nice to see improvements to the visual appearance of the tool and the addition of AI capabilities.

Overall: Even with the limited time -off settings, the automation we get from AI tagging and AD integration is a big win for us. It's a real 'set it and "set it and forget it" kind of tool, and it really delivers on its promises

Pros: Since we have team members in both Canada and Europe, automated attendance monitoring is a lifesaver. It easily handles different time zones and work shifts. Now, instead of sending a massage to a manager asking to be clicked in, team attendance is recorded automatically.

Cons: Keep in mind key features like attendance monitoring and unlimited work schedules are locked behind the Premium version.

Overall: Its very simple. Just plug it in and go. No lengthy training required. its the perfect solution for when you don't want any extra hassle and just want straightforward time tracking.

Pros: gives pretty detailed insight and it great for tracking activity across websites and apps...finally gave me some peace of mind.

Cons: interface it pretty simple, i'd even say it's old-school. Visually it's not as appealing as other tools. There's so much to choose from that it's overwhelming.

Overall: easy to use and pretty much plug-and-play. No steep learning curve. Literally it's a no-brainer. The instructions are very straightforward.

Pros: We're a remote team, so I can keep an eye on things without micromanaging. They add new features and make improvements on a regular basis.

Pros: I can see what's actually going on with tasks now without constantly asking people. Also, it's quiet and doesn't slow down my PC or anything, which is nice. It actually showed me that some people weren't doing much.

Cons: Wasn't super easy to explain ti the team in the beginning. Some people felt like it was "too much" transparency.

Overall: It's kind of reality check. We found out some people were doing less than we thought while others were doing most of the work. It helped us balance us things out.
