Cons: During my usage, I haven't found any downsides. The data is accurate and the program works great.

Overall: The program has helped reduce the time employees spend on unproductive sites like YouTube. You can block the use of a site or application. Now, when an employee tries to use YouTube, the site is automatically closed.

Pros: It provides accurate and reliable information about employees, making time management easier. It genuinely increases productivity and attendance. It’s easy to install and use.

Cons: During my use, I haven't found any drawbacks it's been a useful tool for improving productivity.

Overall: I manage projects. It's challenging to monitor the activity and productivity of each team member. After implementing the program I was able to obtain data that helped streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. "What's now" report is my favorite as it provides real-time information about employees.

Pros: Easy to install, easy to use, lots of reports, doesn't record content, support responds very quickly

Cons: We've been using the agent for a year now and haven't found any shortcomings but I think it would be useful if it were available not only for Windows and MacOS but also for Linux

Overall: This is an easy and understandable system for monitoring employees. Installation and training took less time than we expected. Everything was very simple and clear. Now we can manage time effectively.

Pros: You can choose the depth of monitoring yourself, the program does not take screenshots of your desktop or webcam, no personal data is recorded, and tracking data can be stored on your computer/server. No issues with the antivirus

Cons: Setting up some of the features initially seemed complicated but the technical support quickly helped us figure it out, and we were able to get the program up and running smoothly

Overall: We were looking for a tool to effectively manage team work time, and the program completely met our expectations. Data security is important to us, and I appreciate that the program does not take screenshots of the desktop or webcam, and it does not record personal data. The ability to store data on our server provides an additional sense of security. For those who value reliability and confidentiality, this is an excellent solution.

Overall: It boosted productivity and punctuality within the team. Everyone is more organized now. Plus we figured out which apps we weren't even using and cut back on the extra stuff we didn't need.

Pros: Helps effectively manage employees in different time zones while also allowing for personalized work schedules days off, and breaks.

Cons: Everything works great for me. There isn't a single thing that I don't like.

Overall: Our employees are located in different time zones around the world, and each of them starts and finishes work at different times.
Previously this was difficult to control. Now, we can set individual work schedules days off and lunch breaks for each of them. Compiling a monthly report of hours worked no longer comes as a shock to me.

Pros: It doesn't capture screenshots from my webcam or desktop nor does it record audio keyboard text or the contents of chats and documents.

Cons: At the moment I haven't found any cons. I've been using it for a year now and everything works great. Very pleased with the result.

Overall: As a law firm, security is important to us. We found this time tracker to be reliable: it doesn't take screenshots of your webcam or desktop, and it doesn't record passwords or keyboard text. In addition when registering you can choose where the tracked data will be stored: on your server or the server of the company providing this service.

Pros: Helps monitor employees, their active time, and attendance and helps increase productivity in the team.

Cons: I didn’t really face any. We didn’t have any technical issues over the year of using the WorkTime software.

Overall: It was my first time installing employee monitoring for my team as a manager, and even though the installation process was quick, I had many questions about functionality and wanted to know details about productivity reports. Customer service was very nice and quick and answered all of my questions and addressed privacy concerns. Use WorkTime for 3 months now, and everything goes smoothly.

Pros: Compliant with our local data privacy laws, and also HIPAA compliant. No concerns about private information leakage.

Cons: The software doesn’t have a report on employee well-being, which would be really helpful to have. But I like the general respectful approach to monitoring.

Overall: We switched to WorkTime a year ago, because we were not sure about privacy with our previous software and since we work with confidential information we really were concerned about data leakage. Looked for more secure options and found WorkTime. WorkTime is compliant with all privacy regulations, and we can now monitor employee computer activity without those concerns.

Cons: I would like to have more reports oriented not to a team but to a single user, maybe also some alarms to start work or have a break.
