Despite being a robust application full of exciting and powerful features, the interface never ceases to seem simple and easy to navigate, so I can access all the information I need and its functions without having to get lost between screens. Intuitive SMS and email conversation platform to engage with customers. Reports are very insightful. Great email personalization feature. WebEngage is a super powerful cross channel marketing automation tool. It serves all my marketing needs within one dashboard making the analytics and re-marketing more effective. It features - - Drag and Drop based Workflow chart - A/B test pre-built campaigns template - Personalized communication based on user's interest history - Visual user life cycle campaigns - Supports channel - Mobile Push, Web Push, Emails marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, Facebook re-marketing etc. WebEngage is very effective in generating a marketing campaign. Using this tool is very easy. It gives you the ability to send personalized messages. It makes marketing campaigns into an automated campaign. Cons So far, WebEngage has not had anything that I dislike as an application. (-) We have an overall excellent experience with it. I never encountered any problem with this platform. WebEngage is fantastic marketing automation platform, with lots of flexibility and customization. No complains at all. Reports are not very informative and it lacks many data information.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I love about this software is the level of customizability that you have when building out marketing emails and how easy it is to test these emails by sending test emails or checking out the pre test flights. I am used to coding my own emails so I like that there is an option to either drop in your own code or use a template. The templates are very simple but they work across a variety of different email clients. I also like that I can manage both my email campaigns and social media out of one location. Ability to track and provide reports. Integrates with SalesForce. Tracks social and web clicks. Responsive team. No coding hassle, simple drag and drop marketing solution. I can watch user analytics about clicks and campaign activity. Best for small and mid enterprises business. Scheduling if emails are a great addition. Cons The only thing about this software I would improve is that on the HTML side everything is created within nested tables, which I do not prefer and leads to small hiccup errors. Emfluence does not have very detailed reporting features; they will work for most everyone, but for my company, it requires a lot of editing. Takes some time to get acquainted with user interface and understand where functions are located. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
