Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that this service is super easy to use! Never had a problem. Customer service is excellent. Very quick to answer questions! We've been using the Voipco Phone System for over 10 years. The system is easy to use and the customer service is A+ My firm has worked with Voipco for years. Great service. Never have any major issues. When we need anything it is always taken care of immediately. We've had our phone service from Voipco Telecom for 10 years and the service and phones are great. Excellent customer service. Will always return phone calls and emails promptly. Any user issues were rectified as quickly as possible. Always open to feed back. Application is very user friendly. Cons NONE! No cons here! Never had any issues or complaints! No cons to report at this time. Great company!!!! None. We have never had any issues with our service. The support team and owner are great! None. It would not be fair to just think of something that I didn't like. Any issue was always immediately addressed and most issues were because we were used to using a land line system rather than VOICE OVER INTERNET.
