Any phone number that appears on your Chrome browser will be clickable once you have this feature enabled. With our Fusion extension, any incoming call to your phone will also pop up across any tab on your Chrome browser. Screen Pops have options for you to answer or reject calls, respond with text messages, and even the ability to transfer or place calls on hold right from your screen. On top of that, you can type notes and contact information right into the Screen Pop, which immediately saves that information onto your contacts. With any integrated Simplii CRM, all call history, call recordings, SMS messages, dispositions, and notes are logged in real time to your CRM.
