Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A great feedback tool that saves you time and effort. It's like a custom-made solution - you can configure it exactly how you want. I love all the different campaigns we can monitor. The reporting and alerts are super helpful for our customer service staff. ReviewInc has a rich data set. It is fantastic at its primary capability of reviews management. It is also allows has great reporting, workflows, automations, API's and even appointment scheduling. Of all the reviews platforms ReviewInc collects more reviews than any other. Their emails get into the inbox and their SMS system is highly effective. It's extremely user-friendly. But when I do need help, the team is always there to jump in! When setting up a new client, I love that the system searches for existing review sites. And the word clouds are helpful to show our clients a visual of where their reputation stands. ReviewInc has helped us balance the playing field against rogue negative reviews. In our industry, we are virtually helpless to defend ourselves against unfair, unreal and bogus reviews. Of course, we have legitimate unhappy customers, but that is a tiny fraction of our patients who absolutely love us and our work. With ReviewInc, we are able to find out about legitimate complaints more quickly and help rectify the situation. Cons High price, i didn’t find any more cons, i recommend it. I wish there was a way we can import our own templates for the emails we send out. The system is rich in many features. It takes some time to learn all the ins and outs of the program. No cons, really! The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to be able to respond directly to ALL reviews within the system. Right now I can only respond to Google and Facebook reviews within the platform and have to go to Yelp, Mapquest, etc. to respond to those. I am going to speak with them shortly because some of their analytics are not quite correct. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. The system is intuitive, reliable and built for organisations that need clarity, accountability and strong relationship management. Reporting is fast, data is consistent and nothing gets lost in spreadsheets or inboxes. It genuinely helps teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes. Cons - Events feature basic compared to Eventbrite - which is free to use I haven’t really come across anything I dislike about the product. It’s more a case of learning new features as I go, which is straightforward enough. One thing that would make life even easier is the introduction of dynamic mailing lists so distribution groups stay automatically updated as contacts change.
