Pros: A great feedback tool that saves you time and effort. It's like a custom-made solution - you can configure it exactly how you want.
Cons: High price, i didn’t find any more cons, i recommend it.
Overall: The support team's work will also be highlighted separately, since they helped me to figure it out in the initial stages.

Pros: I love all the different campaigns we can monitor. The reporting and alerts are super helpful for our customer service staff.
Cons: I wish there was a way we can import our own templates for the emails we send out.
Overall: Easy to use and it helps our staff stay on top of feedback about our company. We love that managers and certain staff members can be notified about feedback that needs attention.

Pros: ReviewInc has a rich data set. It is fantastic at its primary capability of reviews management. It is also allows has great reporting, workflows, automations, API's and even appointment scheduling. Of all the reviews platforms ReviewInc collects more reviews than any other. Their emails get into the inbox and their SMS system is highly effective.
Cons: The system is rich in many features. It takes some time to learn all the ins and outs of the program.
Overall: Great value, excellent customer service. The program is powerful and has more features than any other reviews management program I have tried.

Pros: It's extremely user-friendly. But when I do need help, the team is always there to jump in! When setting up a new client, I love that the system searches for existing review sites. And the word clouds are helpful to show our clients a visual of where their reputation stands.
Cons: No cons, really! The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to be able to respond directly to ALL reviews within the system. Right now I can only respond to Google and Facebook reviews within the platform and have to go to Yelp, Mapquest, etc. to respond to those.
Overall: Getting signed up, onboarded, and trained was one of the most seamless I've experienced! Excellent customer service.

Pros: ReviewInc has helped us balance the playing field against rogue negative reviews. In our industry, we are virtually helpless to defend ourselves against unfair, unreal and bogus reviews. Of course, we have legitimate unhappy customers, but that is a tiny fraction of our patients who absolutely love us and our work. With ReviewInc, we are able to find out about legitimate complaints more quickly and help rectify the situation.
Cons: I am going to speak with them shortly because some of their analytics are not quite correct. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.
Overall: Recently we had a 1 star review on Google which ReviewInc immediately notified us about. After working with the patient, she removed the one star and replaced it with a four star review and a happy patient. We could not do without ReviewInc.

Pros: No other program offers such an ethical way to build a reputation on line so successfully. This program is like no other. It allows for management of reviews professionally and efficiently.
Cons: I like everything about it. I have had no problems with this system.
Overall: We have over 1080 "5" star reviews on Google.

Pros: Super easy to use and they helped me every step of the way. It nearly doubled our public viewership and response rate. It was also really customizable so I could tailor it to my people.
Cons: Could always be a little cheaper I guess. Not too bad though
Overall: Over the experience was really good. I felt they helped me from start to finish and didn't just go "alright you're on your own" once I bought.

Pros: Easy to use, efficient. Great support system. Helped boost response rate and doubled our public viewership.
Cons: Wish their UI could be a bit smoother but not a huge deal.
Overall: Overall I've been satisfied with the product to this point. There are obviously ways to improve the product, but the team has been receptive to implementing our feedback.

Pros: Easy to use, great response rate. Helped double our public viewership. Support is awesome and responsive.
Cons: None in mind, pricing can always be better but you pay for what you get.
Overall: Excellent experience. Highly recommend. I can't think of a better product to help out with business needs.

Pros: Very stable software.
Easy to use.
Great support when you need it.
Feature rich.
Multiple location drill down views.
Easy to setup campaigns.
Great monitoring review with email alerts.
Easy to reply to reviews in dashboard.Cons: Posting reviews to social media is the area I have not used was a bit of a setup challenge so I left it alone.
Can’t reply to Yelp reviews on dashboard and Yelp doesn’t allow to be in their review stream widgets I hate Yelp but wish Yelp was nicer to review companies.Overall: Excellent overall user experience and lots of features and great fast support team on every call or email!

Pros: Easy to use and customize, the reporting is excellent, the ability to respond to online reviews from the platform and share those reviews via social media and testimonial widget. The support team is always easy to contact and willing to help. They continually look to improve and add new features based on feedback from clients.
Cons: I really do not have a complaint about the software or the support.
Overall: The software really is best in class and the support team is the best I have ever worked with, they are responsive and always have excellent training tips.

Pros: Very robust system, endless features to customize your campaigns and overall user experience. Support team is always there to assist you very quickly when needed.
Cons: Some of the features do take time to learn and apply.
Overall: I have been using this software for over six years now and I am always amazed with the new features available being added. Customer service and support team are top notch.
