Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best part of this software is that you can handle all of it from your phone as if you were just texting someone. If someone hops on your website and has any questions or concerns a notification comes up on the bottom corner of the page providing a way for the visitor to contact the company. These messages do go straight to the phone of the the individual over the website, which makes the communication personable and quick. Podium has an excellent interface; it has a high quality in sending files, I can send images or audios without losing quality. Besides that, I use it to create more effective communication and with guaranteed security conditions. Podium cloud is incredible for storing information. This is by far the best review gathering platform for Google around. I think they are actually backed by Google. To get all your reviews from different platforms makes it easier and saves time in the process. A very user friendly app which is easy to set up. It makes interactions easy. Using only one platform we can reply to each and every messages. Google, Facebook, Instagram we can easily connect with our customer on any platform using this software. Responses very quickly. Simple and easy to use. Also we can check the history of any customers interaction. Cons At this time during the free trial that I have used I haven't had any cons happen. I'm not too fond of that without running the application, the messages don't arrive, I have to open the application, and it starts to connect to receive the Podium. They are the most expensive option for managing reviews by far. I cant really think of any cons for such an amazing and insightful software. No dislikes. Clean, simple and easy to use features.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Perfect for people like me who are too busy to deal with soliciting reviews and managing social media, etc. The application syncs with Facebook, Yelp, Google and other social media/review platforms to monitor user reviews. Sends review notifications, and users may respond to them automatically or manually through text messages. Automatically sends review requests and reminders to customers and tracks their reviews. Easy to implement and use, and saves a lot of time and money. Price Point. Simple to Use. Customer Support is awesome. Saved us a ton of money. Puts the business back in the driver seat. Takes the smoke and mirrors out of local seo and review management. This company has helped me grow my book of business by 40% and reduced my amount of work. Not only does it take my work load off but it actually has core values that my clients focus on. Rannko is very clean, simple to use, and essentially "plug and play" for any business. Rannko is constantly innovating and adding new features to increase value, providing support to assist with the introduction and use of the features if needed. Cons It's something that you ideally keep doing forever, so in that sense it's like going to the chiropractor or something. I feel like I get long-term ROI, though. Can’t think of anything negative to say. This excellent marketing tool really helps small businesses save time and money by managing their digital reviews/social media outreach. Only con I would say is it isn't a super sexy looking software, but that's normal for a startup. Originally I was not sure how I felt about partnering with Rannko but now that we know the product and understand how to position it, we love it! No complaints thus far. There are requirements to update certain social media accounts periodically, but this is due to requirements from the account providers and something that Rannko must have users manually accept to update.
