Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to configure and use... easy to explain how it will work with users. mobile experience with users was overall good This online time clock program is a great program. I highly recommend it. The functionality is very easy to use and very easy to get reports from. -Great customer support, you get a real person! -So many features, they do most everything I could ever need. -Because we only have a few employees our pricing is free, which is a huge bonus! And even when we hire now, it's very reasonable. Quick, Easy to Use, QB Export ALWAYS works as it should. Setting up employees and PTO schedules is easy and we like the chat options so employees can communicate with admins and each other. Easy to use overall. Ease of logging in and tracking time. Ease of printing and modifying timecards. Ease of adding employees. Cons Drain a lot of battery of users when tracking gps. need some more customization options, some companies may need different "work weeks" depending on session or kind of employees work. I really can't think of anything right that I don't care for. It seems to work perfectly for our little company. -Although it integrates with QuickBooks Online, it does not keep OT hours classified that way, they get pulled over as all REG hours. For this reason, I do not use the integration import, I just enter the hours manually, which works fine for just a few employees. -Managers do not receive email notifications when PTO is requested, only administrators. I've had to set up my manager as an admin as well for this purpose, which does not make logical sense. I don't like that it won't break down holiday time, overtime, etc when sending to QB but I understand that is a QB API issue, not OTC. The only thing that I may change is if you are adding a punch, and you have all employees open, it lets you add the punch, but it puts you back to the top of the screen (or first employee) instead of taking you back to where you were before you entered the new punch. Seeing which employees are logged on to work The user-friendly interface makes scheduling simple for both managers and employees, and we can make changes quickly and accurately. Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful when we need assistance. Easy scheduling, monthly timesheets — makes payroll that much easier! We've tried many different scheduling platforms and this is the one we're sticking with! I love the easy layout of the software and how it is easy to transition from one thing to the next. The app makes it easy to follow up as well. Cons Not being able to delete employees and freeing up usage. Punching in and out in phone sometimes eve. In the set area employees have trouble logging in and out. I wish we could copy schedules individually, rather than in bulk. Not as many functions to accommodate non-traditional work schedules. I would love to copy a shift from one day and paste to another.
