Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface is intuitive and onboarding becomes easy for every marketing team. The functionality like delivery automation, contact management and personalized email content works fantastic. Detailed analytics on delivered emails. Simple process to customize the interface. It has the ability to automatically send and resend campaign emails by adding preferred action. No coding-based, landing page, contact form building, or email interface customization is available. Easy to operate multi-digital marketing. Profile-based targeted marketing. The best thing I liked is marketing automation. It auto-sends emails to new subscribers and also when the Omnisend algorithm finds users interested in purchase. The integration with the sales website is super easy. Generates minimal popup page. Omnisend is a basic and easy to learn email marketing platform. The overall interface of Omnisend is well labeled, which makes really easy for new users to adapt. You can also schedule emails for different campaigns. Campaign analytics provides great information. Omnisend brings in more professional email marketing builder than other casual tools. I can also create SMS marketing on the same platform. It adds auto-optimization to email, for a better view on a different platform. With Drip and event marketing. Cons I loved the Omnisend platform. No cons to share. Overall, I had a great experience. Nothing to share about cons. The report data is not informative. Also, take a long time to update. User interest marketing doesn't perform as expected. It gives extra load in other campaigns. The analytics needs more improvement for better real-time.
