Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is straightforward to use; the learning curve is effortless to overcome. The support is an added plus to its advantages because it helps to maintain excellent performance. Mixpanel has proven to be a successful program encompassing a very stable line of work through excellent mechanisms. Mixpanel's environment is quite lovely and provides many tools, especially analytics, to help understand our business's day-to-day running. Its interface is spotless, simple, and pleasing to the users' eye. My data analytics and interpretation of the data have played an essential role in our decision-making. This application has the advantages of giving us a prominent advance in the management and response of all our internal failures and give us an opportunity to take action on marketing and business campaigns. It allows us to perform management analysis on our website and social networks and give us predictive results to apply digital marketing strategies. We found that this application has provided us with innovation when receiving responses from our failures and giving us the opportunity to take marketing actions with its campaign management functions, tracking of interactions between users, analysis of our web pages and a predictive analysis to determine our opportunities in the market. Mixpanel offers an interesting proposal of analytics showing us accurate and clear statistics about the interaction that users have within our web portals. The specialty of this tool is that it offers us a detailed analysis that shows us what information within our page is most shared on social networks by users who visit us. Cons Mixpanel has no built-in guides to help solve problems without contacting support. The graphs could be improved, be more detailed, and I wouldn't say I like that they can't be exported from the application; the visualization is only possible within the dashboard. Its reporting functionality is excellent. We find it unfavorable that Mixpanel does not have an analysis and results in real time but every three hours or daily which does not allow us to take immediate action on any failure or opportunity. Similarly, it is a limitation that its extension is only for mobile devices and we consider that its usability would also be usable from a computer. Since Mixpanel is a purely mobile application, we find it difficult to manage its platform since it is more complete and professional through a computer on certain occasions. Similarly, it does not provide any kind of real-time data, whether data, reports and statistics. One of the biggest drawbacks that organizations that choose to use this service may encounter is that although they have a simple and practical functionality, it is necessary to have some training or prior technical knowledge so that no problems arise in the future due to the complexity of the analytical issue.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With the use of Smartlook's funnel analysis tools, companies can monitor and examine the actions customers take on their website to accomplish particular objectives. For better understanding and execution of the conversion process, this functionality is essential. Help to find where users are struggling on websites and apps. Provides the best solutions for improving user experience. - Everything is briefly represented on the dashboard. - You can record sessions for auditing. - It saves every detail of traffic from IP to location and gives an accurate report. Since using Smartlook, we have been able to track our website activity in detail; we can get details of time, location, unlimited recordings of visitor sessions through our website, and more. It is as helpful as it is easy to access and use; we can devise strategies and implement improvements to provide a better experience, and their technical support is exceptional. Setting up screen and sharing recordings with my clients is now easy and within minutes. I addition it also allows UID to be passed to the Smartlook app. Cons Although Smartlook offers strong visual analytics, some users might feel that it has less complex reporting choices than more specialist analytics tools. Extra tools could be needed for businesses with complicated reporting requirements. There are no cons about this product, but I feel price should be more affordable. The price could be more reasonable. Mobile applications need few improvements. I have had no problems with this tool; it has been beneficial. However, I consider that the price is somewhat high and may represent a limitation for small businesses. It has crucial analytical data but it would even be more great if Heatmaps can show % clicks on map.
