It automatically identifies possible leads and showcases them in an organized manner. Its automation features like follow-up mode directly connect with leads. It has wide customization options for email designing and campaign modification. Also, the emails bounce rate is very low. Build funnels to sell your products and services. More advanced marketing features that will help you sell online. We love infusionsoft! It works great. Having our sales and marketing processes in the same system is a huge win! The databases that we can add to the Infusionsoft platform can have different extensions, but generally the size of these is quite large, and the platform does not show any problems when importing them, which shows that it is optimized enough to deal with a lot of data. This application provides management and access to customer database and timely tracking of customer updates. It serves financial functions such as payment and customer management. Apart from having a state-of-the-art automated system, Infusionsoft allows you to manage shopping pages and coupon codes. Cons The campaign reporting has a low amount of data to examine. No other con. Too confusing to use. Will take up a lot of your time to work with this software. For advanced marketing tech builders. The only downside to infusionsoft is the price. Pretty expensive for startups. Automating the creation of marketing documents within Infusionsoft may not be the most appropriate due to the problems the platform has in mobilizing or managing files in general. In terms of price, Infusionsoft turns out to be one of the most expensive marketing automation services (up to $99 per month depending on the plan). Apart from not having a system for storing documents and other files, the application does not provide interaction with work groups through internal chats. It leaves out influence tracking and overhead tracking functions. Likewise, it does not operate to keep track of time or life cycle of consumers in our database.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It saves lots of time gives my teams a single piece of software where we are doing campaign management, organizing workflow, managing leads and helpdesk without implementing different tools. The ability to streamline the marketing and CRM makes User.com a must-have business tool. The lead manager and marketing planner delivers exactly we want to boost sales. Marketing automation makes it handy. Cons 1. It is missing the feature of searching any word by keyword in the chat. 2. It does not support plugins integration like Grammarly which can be used for a grammatically error-free chat. I haven't encountered anything I don't like at this point. Task automation lacks many useful features. No other cons. For a mid-size enterprise, it's not that powerful and has less ability in campaign management. Never encountered any major negatives. It's a great tool.
