Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The CRM is easy to set up easy to use, works with Zapier too with Facebook leads. Easy drip emails. This program offers great tools for realtors to use to improve their CRM. Immediate customer contact. The user interface is easy to learn and use and is not glitchy, and is well thought out. And their customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly and helpful! Integrating a reliable easy to use CRM system with your social media contact management system just makes sense. This system takes the place of 4 other systems. Mass emailing system, social media content producer, CRM system, It blogs for you, it creates monthly newsletters for you, it writes letters for you, it even send cards for you. You can do it by electronic communication or the system will produce actual cards, letters, literature, etc..for you to mail. Also the website they make for you is better than any website I have ever had, and that comes to you for free. Easy to use, affordable and killer customer service too ,they want you to succeed. They will even help you set it all up ! This is a game changer !! I like simple and the support when needed. I absolutely love this CRM. It is absolutely amazing. I schedule my mass email blasts and I don't have to put any thought into it. Just set up the mast emails and go. Cons I would like to see mass texting option & Facebook integration. Most functions require an additional monthly cost to use. Nothing yet, was just a little intimidated at first with learning all of the functionality of a new program, but once I got over that and really dug into the program I began to really appreciate it's full potential. Still getting used to the website. I can't find anything bad about it so far. It does so much for you and its easy! No changes. Keep enhancing! Always look for ways to improve. I love how we can manage a lot of aspects of our business in one tool, from marketing, organization, CRM, and a lot more! User.com is a great CRM and task management tool. It made us feel we are optimizing our workflow. On a broader scale, it also works fantastic on marketing. No difficulty is there, new users can start using this tool in a short period. Helps to works in increased speed. User.com caters to sales, marketing, management and customer support. It saves lots of time gives my teams a single piece of software where we are doing campaign management, organizing workflow, managing leads and helpdesk without implementing different tools. The ability to streamline the marketing and CRM makes User.com a must-have business tool. The lead manager and marketing planner delivers exactly we want to boost sales. Marketing automation makes it handy. Cons 1. It is missing the feature of searching any word by keyword in the chat. 2. It does not support plugins integration like Grammarly which can be used for a grammatically error-free chat. I haven't encountered anything I don't like at this point. Task automation lacks many useful features. No other cons. For a mid-size enterprise, it's not that powerful and has less ability in campaign management. Never encountered any major negatives. It's a great tool.
